Android privacy policy

This policy describes Gooseneck Grand Prix for Android, version 1.1, made by Aaron Family Livestock LLC. “We” means Aaron Family Livestock LLC.

Information in the game

The game works offline and does not require a game account. It does not ask for your name, email address, contacts or location. This version has no ads, online leaderboard or purchases inside the game.

Game progress, scores and settings are saved locally on your device. These include trucks, in-game cash, trophies, answered and missed questions, daily-race records and sound preferences. The game does not send these saves to us, and we do not keep a server copy.

Joe's voice and explanations are prerecorded. The game does not use the microphone to record your voice. It may use vibration for game feedback when enabled.

Keeping and removing local saves

The game keeps local progress and settings so you can continue playing. Clearing app storage or uninstalling can remove this information. If you want to keep your progress, contact support before doing either.

We cannot recover a local save from a server or promise it will transfer to another device. Device or operating-system backup and restore behavior is separate from the game. We do not promise that uninstalling removes every device or backup copy.

Google Play, web pages and email

The Google account, purchase and payment information used to download the game are handled by Google Play, separately from the game. The game does not ask you to enter payment-card information.

If you open a support or privacy link, your browser opens a web page. Our current support and privacy website is hosted by Vercel. Your browser sends the page request to Vercel, separately from the offline game; this does not send your local game save. Vercel processes request and device information, such as IP address, browser information and the requested page, to deliver and protect its services.

Our site's current Vercel Observability Plus configuration has a documented 30-day retention window for runtime logs and observability data. This is not a deletion deadline for every Vercel record. Vercel may retain other service or security information for the purposes and periods described in its privacy notice, including legal obligations and legitimate business needs. See Vercel's runtime-log retention information and Observability Plus information.

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to understand your request and respond. Please avoid sending passwords, payment-card details, school or student records, or other private information. Email is separate from the game's local save system.

Our developer handles support messages in Gmail, Google's email service. We do not forward them to another mailbox or send them to a separate helpdesk.

We delete support emails and their attachments after the issue is fixed and completed. Deleted messages may remain in Gmail's Trash for up to 30 days under its normal handling. See Gmail's deletion information. This does not promise immediate removal from all provider backups or from copies held by the sender.

For questions or requests about support correspondence, contact support@agcoachpro.com.

Parents and guardians

The game is intended for players ages 13 and older. It does not require a child to provide personal information or create an account. A parent or guardian can contact support on a child's behalf. Please do not include a child's private information in a support message.

Effective

Short version: we do not collect any information about you. What the game remembers stays on your phone.

Who we are

Gooseneck Grand Prix is a truck racing and livestock-knowledge game for iPhone. It is made by Aaron Family Livestock LLC. On this page, “we” means Aaron Family Livestock LLC.

What we collect: nothing

We do not collect any information about you through the game. It never asks for:

  • an account, a sign-up or a log-in
  • your name or your email address
  • your location
  • your contacts

It has no analytics and no usage tracking.

The game has no ads and does not read your phone’s advertising identifier.

What stays on your phone

The game saves a few things on your phone so it can remember where you left off:

  • your game progress, such as trucks, cash, trophies and the questions you have answered
  • your settings, such as whether Joe, the rancher coach, speaks
  • when you run a Siri shortcut, one short note saying which screen to open (see Siri shortcuts below)

We cannot see these, and the game does not send them to us. Deleting the game from your phone deletes them. If you back up your phone, that backup is yours and Apple’s; we have no access to it.

Game Center

Game Center is optional and is run by Apple. If you are signed in to it, the game sends your score to Game Center for the leaderboards, and Apple handles that under Apple’s privacy policy. The game’s own screens show only your rank and how many players have a score, and the game never stores a Game Center name or id. The See the Leaderboard button opens Apple’s own Game Center screen, which Apple runs and which can show other players’ names and scores. If you are not signed in, or Game Center is limited on your phone, the game plays on and keeps your scores on your phone.

Siri shortcuts

The game offers Siri shortcuts, such as “Start today’s race in Gooseneck Grand Prix.” Siri and Shortcuts are Apple’s features, and Apple handles them under Apple’s privacy policy. The game never hears your voice. When a shortcut runs, the game saves one short note on your phone saying which screen to open. The game clears the note the next time it opens, and ignores it if it is more than ten minutes old. The note holds no personal information and never leaves your phone.

Purchases

This version has no purchases inside the game. You pay for the download through the App Store, and Apple handles that payment. We never see your payment details.

Children

We collect no personal information from anyone, including children under 13. The game includes no third-party SDKs (software kits from other companies) that collect data. Parents and guardians: if you have a question about this page, write to us at the address below.

This website

These pages use no scripts, cookies or trackers. Like any web host, ours may keep ordinary technical logs of page requests.

Changes

If this page changes, we will post the new version here and change the effective date at the top. If a later version of the game adds something that handles information in a new way, we will add a section about it here.
